Amy

APSG Manager

Amy joined the team in 2019 as an Early Years Practitioner, with lots of knowledge and training with her experience as childminder. She has since completed the SVQ Level 3 Childcare in 2020 and started a BA in Childhood Practice in 2023. Amy is so warm and calm with the children. Manager since August 2022.
Amy works 5 days a week (sometimes behind the scenes)

Georgia

Senior Early Years Practitioner

Georgia joined us in May 2022. She has integrated into the team well, willing to turn her hand to anything. The has completed the SVQ 3 Social Services: Children and Young People qualification in 2024. She has a great bond with the children, joining in role play and making up games for them.
Georgia has interest in house plants, music and puzzles. She has also worked at Camp America a few years ago.
Georgia works 5 days a week.

Angela

Early Years Practitioner

Angela joined the team in June 2023. She has a previous teaching qualification and brings with her a knowledge and understanding of children’s development. As a mother, she brings care and compassion to her role.
Angela is an active person, recently completing a half marathon, which shows she has the stamina to run around, playing games with the children.
She is keen to continue her professional development with interest in neurodiversity.
Angela works 3 days a week.

Leah

Early Years Practitioner

Leah joined the team in August 2023. She has completed a HNC in Early Childhood Practice and is a welcome addition to the team. She is a caring, compassionate and fair practitioner, and has made good connections with the children. Leah strives for perfection in all that she does.
In her spare time she enjoys the gym, building her strength and focus.
Leah works 5 days a week.

Hannah

Early Years Practitioner

Hannah joined the team in December 2024. She has 3 years experience and is fully qualified. Hannah is respectful to the children and encourages independence, creativity and curiosity through play.
Hannah enjoys dancing and dog walking in her spare time.
She works 5 days.

Rebecca

Senior Early Years Practitioner (Relief Staff)

Rebecca started with us in May 2023. She has previously worked in other local nurseries. She is qualified with SVQ3.
Rebecca is friendly and down to earth, she has bonded with the children well and enjoys the outdoor area, looking for bugs.
Rebecca is our Relief Practitioner and covers holidays or staff absence.

We’re so proud of our wonderful team of staff, who take such good care of our children.
They are well qualified and receive regular training as well as working towards higher childcare qualifications. Between them they have recently received training in Paediatric Emergency First Aid, Child Protection, Managing Behaviour, Effective Risk Management, Food Hygiene, Speech & Language, GDPR, Infection Control, Thinking & Talking Floor Books, Schemas and Observations, Outdoor First Aid Training, Froebelian learning, and Early Years in Nature courses. They all work to maintain your children’s records, share their activities with you in person and through sharing photos, and carefully planning the themes and activities that the children with enjoy and learn so much from.
